The best part of fresh food is that they are not processed and does not contain any chemical which can harm your body function which may lead to weight problem. There are three basic rules for eating food. One should always take Heavy breakfast, Light lunch, and Very light dinner. If you can follow this basic principle you will feel good and healthy every morning.
Active lifestyle:
Active lifestyle is important not only to reduce weight, but for body as whole. Regular exercise of any kind is important for healthy body and mind. A healthy and active lifestyle is the key to get rid of weight issue. Being healthy is just the matter of commitment, strict regime can make you a fit person, daily walking, or exercise may defiantly help you regain your health. Daily walking or exercise: any kind of physical activity is helpful; it may include walking, running, swimming, and gym. Daily 20 minutes of exercise will not only provide healthy body, but strength to mind as well.
As you put on weight in adulthood, your weight gain is mostly fat rather than muscle. This excess weight can lead to conditions that increase your chances of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes Physical activity is important to control your weight and can reduce your chances of developing such conditions.
Belly fat became the major cause of concern these days is and people wonder how to get rid of belly fat.  Adding, special diet, such fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products that can help in reducing fat around your belly. Healthy eating isn't all about cutting back everything, you can cheat sometimes and enjoy. Eating right helps in reducing belly fat and it also decreases the chances of heart disease and also prevent cancer occurrence.
